ANSLEY PARK MIDCENTURY

A 3,000 sq ft home originally built in the 1940s, The redesign of the mid-century modern home in Ansley Park, Atlanta, showcases a harmonious blend of authenticity and contemporary functionality. The project emphasizes a phased renovation approach, ensuring minimal disruption while enhancing the home's character. Additionally, art pieces that resonate with the homeowners' travel experiences add a personal touch, enriching the overall design narrative. This project ultimately results in a curated home that bridges the past and present, accommodating the needs of modern and sustainable living while honoring the home's original authenticity.

MIDTOWN CONDO

Located in the heart of Midtown, this condo was designed as a serene retreat for a single executive seeking relaxation after work and frequent business trips. The interior embodies a tranquil yet sophisticated ambiance, infused with feminine and artistic touches. Drawing inspiration from the client’s personal art collection, we introduced a striking black-and-white tulip mural as a dramatic backdrop for the living spaces. A refined palette of brass, greys, and deep blue tones enhances the sense of elegance and cohesion. A curved sofa mirrors the graceful lines of the grand piano, creating a harmonious composition. Meanwhile, a double-sided fireplace adds warmth and functionality, offering an inviting focal point while framing breathtaking views of the Atlanta skyline.

ALPHARETTA RESIDENCE

New construction home. 8,000 sq ft. Modern Farm House. Inspired by simplicity and the natural surroundings. A farm modern house style with large expanses of glass, tall ceilings, and a unique custom staircase. The open staircase with cantilever steps has an integrated planter. The kitchen is ample with clean lines and a large island to accommodate the large family.
